Otis Redding e Sycamore Age a FORNO ONE del 10-12-2020
Dopo un omaggio a Jeff Bridges in occasione del suo 71° compleanno, per la consueta rubrica ASCOLTI DOC Fabrizio Mr Forno One ha ospitato Stefano Santoni, bassista dei Sycamore Age in occasione dell’uscita del loro terzo album Castaways. Come brano black del cuore Stefano ha scelto Theme de Yo Yo, di Art Ensemble of Chicago.
In anteprima assoluta Rca ha avuto il privilegio di poter trasmettere A Maze dei Sycamore Age estratto dal nuovo disco, il terzo in dieci anni di attività.
Il resto della scaletta è stato incentrato su Otis Redding, nell’anniversario esatto della sua tragica scomparsa in un disastro aereo, il 10 dicembre del 1967.
